The recipients of our flower arrangements, unknown to us were out of the country celebrating their wedding anniversary in FIJI. Not only did Cottage Connections for fine flowers NOT leave the flowers that they intended to deliver, they contacted us by phone telling us of the above, and THEN committed themselves to deliver a fresh flower gift on the return of our friends in accordance with the original instruction according to our order.
