Although my daughter was delighted by the flowers, they did arrive 2 days late. I contacted the florist who advised that the delivery day was 5th April. However, I had requested delivery on 3rd and my email from your webteam confirmed delivery for 3rd. So somewhere that was miscommunication. That part was very disappointing.
